What is Boss’s Day?
On October 16th, employees across the United States celebrate their bosses. This holiday, known as National Boss Day, recognizes the hardworking boss overseeing the workplace. Employees show their appreciation to their bosses for their kindness and fairness throughout the year. Executives carry heavy loads. They oversee many employees and guide their careers, too. While they are responsible for a department, business, or organization and leading it to success, their list of responsibilities is multifaceted. Bosses have bosses. Business owners are the bosses of bosses. Even the most powerful business owner does not answer to anyone. The taxman, customers, and merchants are all bosses for business owners. Business success begins with the right employees. These bosses know how to find and keep the best talent.
