The need for computer security has never been greater as fraudsters try new ways in order steal money from unsuspecting victims--and sometimes even take over your life! It's easy to get caught up in the hype and feel like we're invincible, but there are things you can do for your safety online. In recent years we have seen some of the most destructive email viruses ever recorded - MyDoom caused $38 billion worth of damage back in 2003! In order not to let history repeat itself what should be common-sense security precautions: use spam filters on all devices connected through a network; upgrade old software as soon as possible so vulnerabilities aren't present which hackers could exploit1
