Skateboarding retailers, sponsors, and parks hold events to highlight the creativity and adrenaline of skateboarding. The day is made even more special as skateboarders come together from many different backgrounds to attempt gravity defying tricks and thrill their audiences.

Go Skateboarding Day is celebrated by skaters on June 21st annually.

This day of fun and sport was founded in 2004 by the International Association of Skateboard Companies.
