Make Up Your Mind Day is a great way to get out of your own way and stop oscillating between decisions. It's time for you, not just the people who will be relying on what decision we make but also ourselves as well- its up us whether or not this day motivates our actions with strong conviction in order to create lasting change! A decision is an important moment in life, but it's also one of the most difficult. The day after New Year’s can be used as a chance to reflect on your past year and determine what changes need to happen for next season; you may want this time-oriented option or not depending on how well things are going at present with your career change decisions etc.  

Make Up Your Mind Day is celebrated on December 31 of every year.
