National Avocado Day - 2021-07-31
What is National Avocado Day?
Avocados are a one of the most popular fruits bought and eaten in the US. It is used in a variety of cuisines and dishes, and is loved for more than just it's unique taste. Avocados are loaded with heart-healthy fats, and a variety of healthy vitamins and acids. These health benefits mean that avocados are very beneficial for people with insulin resistance, Alzheimer's, and those who are in need of skin regeneration. It's an ancient health and beauty favourite and can be beneficial for our hair, skin, nails, and much more. With all that being said, it seems the avocado is well deserving of its own day of celebration.
