Kombucha is a perfect product for promoting gut health, as well as the time to make it. There are companies now making hard kombuchas, such as Booch Craft, Flying Embers, Juneshine, and even G&T’s traditional kombucha producer. Kombucha is a sweetened black or green tea that has been fermented. Sometimes the drink is called kombucha tea to distinguish it from the culture of bacteria and yeast. Juice, spices, fruit or other flavorings are often added.

National Booch Day is celebrated every year on January 15th!
