What Is National Bourbon Day?

Like some other spirits, Bourbon has specific production requirements that must be met in order for it to be considered Bourbon. In 1964, the American Congress designated Bourbon as “America’s native spirit”, and since then there is no other country in the world that can produce whiskey and call it Bourbon.
