Loneliness can be extremely isolating and can make one feel super sad and upset. Whether it’s due to grief, depression, or any other personal reason, loneliness is not at all fun and definitely can be made easier with some effort from a loved one. If you know someone who is suffering from loneliness, today is the day to bring a little light to their world. Invite them out for a meal or a hangout, or even just a nice, long phone call. Whatever it may be, your friends and family will surely love and appreciate it.
