A long time ago, a cheese-based delicacy was invented. It was a favorite for a long time, but it has changed over the years. Today, we most often imagine it with a graham cracker or pastry crust, filled with cream cheese and topped with nutrient-rich cherries. Our mouths are watering just thinking about it. The cherry cheesecake is a tasty American dessert. This day, April 23rd celebrates delicious food. Some cookbooks and bakers offer many different recipes for cherry cheesecake. There are recipes that place the cherries inside the batter and others that place the cherries on top of the cake. There are a lot of different crusts to use when making a cheesecake. A graham cracker crust is one of the most common. Other options include a cookie crust, a pastry crust or a sponge cake. However, some cheesecakes don't require a crust at all. Depending on the recipe, cheesecakes can be baked or unbaked.
