In 1905, when Frank Epperson accidentally invented the popsicle, he had no idea it would become such a worldwide favourite! He had mixed up a powdered orange soda, and accidentally left it on his porch overnight. The next morning, he had found it frozen to the stirring stick. One of the best flavours modern inventors have come up with is cherry. It is sweet and refreshing, and a definite summertime favourite!
