In the battle between health and pleasure, it's a win-win situation. It is said that dark chocolate contains a lot of antioxidants, while nuts contain essential fatty acids and linolenic acids. However, both contain a lot of fat. M&M candies, chocolate-coated peanuts and chocolate-coated almonds are one of the more popular chocolate candies in America and abroad. In 1954, the tan M&M was introduced to the market. The color red was added in 1960. In 1976, other colors were added: blue, green, and yellow. Chocolate-covered peanuts are a delicious snack, eaten at the movies or just in front of the TV. It’s not known when they got their own day, but it’s believed that the unofficial celebration originated in America. There is a good reason for this: chocolate-covered peanuts were invented there!  

National Chocolate Covered Nut Day on February 25th annually!
