There are two ways to make a parfait: the traditional French style and the American style. The French method uses egg yolks and sugar syrup, while the American version uses cream and yogurt. While the day focuses on the chocolate parfait, that doesn’t mean you can’t experiment with other flavors. Fruit and cream go quite well with chocolate.
