National Coffee Day - 2021-09-29

What is National Coffee Day?
Coffee is so much more than just a warm beverage in the morning. According to professional coffee tasters, there are four components of a cup of coffee: aroma, body, acidity, and flavour. These are all determined by the beans chosen for your coffee, which can come from absolutely anywhere in the world. Some of the best coffees hail from Columbia, or France, or even places in Africa or the Caribbean. It is believed that coffee as a drink first originated in Yemen, with beans that came from Ethiopia. From there it spread to the rest of the Middle East, and eventually Asia and Europe. Brazil produces the most coffee in the world, followed closely by Columbia. What is your favourite roast?
