On July 3rd, National Compliment Your Mirror Day reminds us to take a moment before rushing through our morning rituals. Mirrors show us at our worst and best. It’s about time they get their due. On July 3, find the closest mirror. Start with the mirror in your bathroom and tell it how great it is. The amount of time you spend talking with your reflection is totally up to you. It can be as little as a few seconds, or it can be as long as a few minutes or more. On National Compliment Your Mirror Day, take a few minutes to talk to your mirror. Tell it how great it is and how much you appreciate it. You might even have a boost in confidence from the few minutes of eye contact with yourself.
