Okay, chocolate lovers! You can celebrate this special day with your very own homemade chocolates. It’s okay to indulge in your favorite treats because you know exactly what goes into them. There are tons of options for customizing your chocolates, and the molds make them fun to eat. Cream-filled chocolates are delicious. There are two ways to make them. The first idea is to make ganache and fondant, roll it into a ball, and then dip the fondant in chocolate. The other way is to use a mold and fill it with melted chocolate.  

National Cream Filled Chocolate Day is celebrated on February 14 of every year.
