You know that feeling when you can't stop yourself from being grumpy, or just have to complain for no reason? Yeah well on this day it's all up for grabs! Whether we're celebrating the grouch inside of us or embracing our inner hater everyone deserves a chance at complaining every now and then. Oscar the Grouch is a very unpleasant puppet. He spends his days being as grumpy and miserable as possible so that when he talks, people listen to him with horror in their eyes for fear of what may happen next- only then will they know true misery!
