What Is National Nonprofit Day (NND)?

National Nonprofit Day aims to bring more attention to the incredible impact nonprofit organizations have on communities nationwide. It is because of many of these foundations that there is food, clothes, education, and more for underprivileged communities both in and outside of the US. For example, after the U.S. recession in 2012, the nonprofit sector provided 5.4% of the nation’s entire GDP, nearly $887.3 billion!
