National Parents as Teachers Day - 2021-11-08
What is National Parents as Teachers Day?
Children are our future. Early childhood education is so important. It was recently discovered that children entering kindergarten were lacking basic skills that they should have at that age. We as parents can do so much more to ensure our children get a great start early in life. National Parents as Teachers Day collaborates with Parent-Teacher Organizations and parents to support their child’s education from an early age. Basic skills such as reading and writing form the basis of all education and should be the focus in the early years of your child’s education. This National Parents as Teachers Day, teach your child something new. Join a mentoring program in your city and get involved in educating the kids of America. Post your stories and pictures on social media using #ParentsAsTeachersDay.
