Pigs are adorable, endearing creatures that are part of our culture and history. So, in honor of this darling animal, we’ll dedicate a whole day to them. Pigs are prominent in art, costumes, toys, collectibles, and on the dinner table. Even more, they have lived in the country on farms and in zoos for many years and even in our homes as pets! It makes sense to dedicate a day to the easily recognizable and endearing creature.  

National Pig Day is celebrated annually on 1 March!
