As the days get cooler, we celebrate Prosecco, a wine made from a few different types of grapes. It is usually made from Glera grapes, but can also be made of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, or Pinot Noir grapes. Prosecco is made in the Veneto region of Italy and infused with an elegant mousse that gives it its characteristic sparkle. On National Prosecco Day, we celebrate the end of summer with a glass of this delicious wine and a light, summery meal.
When Is National Prosecco Day?
