Merriam-Webster defines renewal as the state of being made new, fresh, or strong again. In other words, it can be used to describe any process that brings something back to its original state. Spring is here! A new season of renewal for us all. What better time to get rid of the old— your old ideas, your old tricks, your old self? As spring spurs new life, make some changes in your life. Spring cleaning is about getting rid of clutter, but it's also about getting rid of bad habits and negative thoughts. Spring cleaning can help you refresh your spirit and reach your full potential.
