National Stress Awareness Day - 2021-11-03

What is National Stress Awareness Day?
Stress is a defense mechanism created by our body to protect it from harm. Have you ever felt stressed?
Stress is a part of everyday life for most people. It can be caused by worrying about the unknowns in life. Too much stress can lead to bad health and poor relationships. It is especially important to identify the stresses in your life and try to reduce them or obliterate them.
A fantastic way to manage stress is to develop tools to cope with it. These are letting go of what you cannot change, exercising to release any tension and anxiety, and eating a balanced diet to give your body the fuel it needs to cope with stress.
National Stress Awareness Day seeks to highlight the importance of coping with and reducing your stress levels. This year, take a long walk or bath to unwind if you are feeling stressed. Reach out to others if you know they need help, or if you need help yourself. Share your story and tips on social media using #StressAwarenessDay.
When is National Stress Awareness Day?
We celebrate this day on the first Wednesday of November. This year, we will celebrate National Stress Awareness Day on November 3rd.
History of National Stress Awareness Day
