National Superhero Day - 2022-04-28

What is National Superhero Day?
Every April 28th, we celebrate National Superhero Day. It's a day to honor all superheroes — the real ones and the fictional ones — whose stories we love and whose values we admire.
Superheroes are the epitome of good. They protect and serve (like firefighters) while fighting evil (like fires). We know the names of some famous superheroes like Batman, Superman, Captain America, Wonder Woman, Iron Man, Hulk, and Spiderman. These superheroes provide role models for children.
Unlike fictional superheroes, real-life superheroes don't wear capes or have superpowers. They also do not wear masks. However, just like fictional superheroes, children look up to these people as role models. They dedicate their lives to serving and protecting others. They also mentor and help other people.
