Hey, did you know that March 30th is National Take A Walk In The Park Day? It's time to get out of the house and enjoy the fresh air. Is there a park near you? Why not go for a walk? You could do this to relax after a busy day. Let’s take a walk. To clear one’s mind from the stresses of the day and re-energize, we recommend walking in a local park. At the same time, one can improve health and fitness. During a walk, you could experience a beautiful moment with nature, or you might have a chance to compose a poem or become lost in a conversation. You might even run into a friend you haven't seen in a long time.  

National Take a Walk in the Park Day is observed annually on April 30th.
