National Tennessee Day - 2021-10-26

What is National Tennessee Day?
Tennessee, also known as “Music City,” was the 16th state to enter the union after Independence Day. We know Tennessee for its country music, thanks to the capital city Nashville, which has created many great country music artists today. The Grand Ole Opry, a live-running radio program created in 1925, still operates to this day.
Tennessee boasts the Great Smokey Mountain, an abundance of caves, and several state parks to visit. Mount Chattanooga is a must with its view of 7 states visible from the lookout point. Another must on the list of things to see in Tennessee is Graceland, home of rock legend Elvis Presley.
National Tennessee Day celebrates the state and all that it offers. You can celebrate the day this year by planning a trip to Tennessee. Visit Graceland, hike the famous Smokey Mountain, and share your pictures on social media using #TennesseeDay.
