What Is National Watch Day?

The watch industry has been around for nearly 500 years and has shown no signs of going away any time soon. Not even the advent of smartphones has been able to kill the industry. In addition to being a time keeping device, modern watches are also incredibly stylish and can be used as a statement piece to complete an outfit. Watches also are a common family heirloom, as they are often passed from father to son for many decades and signify a link to our ancestors and family history.
