This nationwide celebration promotes the largest women’s health and fitness event of the year. It is estimated that nearly 100,000 women get involved in local health and fitness events. Women of all fitness levels encourage each other to begin and maintain a healthy journey, keeping themselves fit for themselves and their families. Even those who are not physically able can get involved, with exercises and such that can help train the brain! Health is not just physical! Developing our physical and mental strength goes a long way to keeping ourselves looking and feeling happy and healthy.
