National Working Parents Day honors those adults in our families who work to provide for their children and life partners. In most families across the United States - and the world - both parents work to bring in the finances required to run a happy and functional home and family. Sacrifice, commitment, dedication, hard work, and oftentimes little reward, working parents deserve National Working Parents Day on September 16th to raise awareness for their efforts and honor their hard work. On top of their roles as parents, working parents must endure high levels of commitment and stress in their day jobs all while doing their best to maintain a healthy work-life balance with time and support for their children and their partners. Take this opportunity to let your working parents know just how much you love and appreciate them. Treat them to gifts, a meal, or just spend quality time with them.

September 16th of each year honors the working parents, that make up most of American society.
