On the last workday of the year, get rid of everything that doesn't matter. Clean up your space from interruptions and distractions. Clean out your emails, toss long-saved memos, and delegate tasks that must be done. Clear out your workspace to get rid of menial tasks. Get them done and clear off your to-do list. Everyone has different productivity needs. What constitutes an organized workspace for one person may be completely different for another. One worker may deal with new regulations, while another may struggle to learn new technology. A productive work environment for one person may be completely different from that of another’s. Today, many people are desperate to finish work they've been putting off for a long time. Since the new year is approaching, these tasks always get pushed aside. Today, people need to stop what they're doing and wrap things up.
