World Reef Awareness Day is the day where we raise awareness for our dying coral reefs. Activists and environmentalists and everyone in between comes together on this day to teach and learn about the importance of coral reefs in our environment.

June 1st is World Reef Awareness Day.

For the last few decades, scientists have been warning about the dangers of our environmental impact on the coral reefs of the world. World Reef Day was established for this specific purpose.
